In response to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=856961,
I prepared 2.1.0-4.

I also added an autopkgtest. For now, it runs various [package require]
statements to verify the setup.

As a reminder:

I am using a "gbp buildpackage" + pristine-tar branch setup:

https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/nsf.git

a `gbp buildpackage` should be fine using the defaults in gbp.conf.

(in the process, I upgraded the gbp setup to the current state of gbp in
debian stable, using --git-overlay etc.)
