Where did you ask?
Last years I asked the removal of countless packages, that I'm very
positive there were some ports package still depending on it and thus
got broken by the removal. Nobody ever spoke up for those, nor
complained.
Besides, 8.5 and 8.6 is built everwhere, if any single package didn't
manage to build against a newer tcl/tk is not an excuse to keep 8.4
around for so long…

So are you fine if I file a RoQA for those? (or will send a ROM?)
