[Pkg-tcltk-devel] Please archive tk-html3 and tcl-xmlrpc

Hi,

I was the maintainer of the tk-html3 and tcl-xmlrpc packages, which are
both hopelessly outdated and unmaintained upstream. For both, I
requested removal from the Debian archive, and tk-html3 is already gone.

To complete this, I would like to have the repositories of both packages
set to "archived". Unfortunately I don't have permission to do this
myself.

Could I ask one of the superpowers to do so?
