[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] libidn.so vs gossip, telepathy-gabble

Howdy, 

I'm one of the m68k buildd admins. I was noticing that both gossip
and telepathy-gabble expect the existence of /usr/lib/libidn.so.
However, libidn11 no longer provides that (although it is listed in
libidn.la). 

Since it's the same way on i386, I'm sure I only noticed it because
we're playing catch up.

I don't really know who should be responsible for the fix, I'll leave
that to ya'll to decide.
