telepathy-mission-control has been superseded by telepathy-mission-control-5,
and libtelepathy was superseded by telepathy-glib long ago. They have no
reverse dependencies in unstable, except for obsolete empathy binaries on
hurd-i386 and m68k, so I think it's time to remove them.

(Both are still needed in testing, until empathy >= 2.28 migrates.)
