[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Bug#605706: empathy: same issue here (no video chat with gtalk users)

Receiving and initiating audio calls seems to work.  Upon receiving a 
video call, the other party can hear me only(no video either way and only
audio one way)  

Upon initiating a video call, the window immediately says disconnected.  
Nothing happens on the other end and the video window appears to be stuck
calling( the hangup button is available) but it never calls.
