[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Bug#631707: ofono: LSB init info misses dbus dependency

Hi,

ofono is missing a dbus Required-Start/Stop dependency in its init
script.

Because of this, ofono was started before dbus on a debian sid build and
failed during boot:

Unable to hop onto D-Bus: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: Connection refused

Only after the system was booted (and dbus was running) it was no
problem to start ofono with `/etc/init.d/ofono start`
