[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Bug#594945: empathy: Accounts window does not open

Hello, I have been  "hit" by this bug, because I set:

/etc/apt/apt.conf
APT::Install-Recommends "false";
**

Maybe a better work around for this is bug is to make Empathy
depend on telepathy-connection-manager (virtual package).

Because IMHO if the user cannot open the "accounts window" then Emphathy
does not "provide a significant amount of functionality"[0].
