[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Bug#646925: empathy: Notifications don't work anymore

Dear Maintainer,

I have just updated my SID and since that, the notification system does
not work anymore. When a message is received, a sound can be heard but
no window is opened in the notification tray. This is a pity because of the
real utility of this feature.
