$ grep Requires /usr/lib/pkgconfig/folks.pc
Requires: glib-2.0 gobject-2.0 gee-1.0 telepathy-glib >= 0.11.11

but libfolks-dev does not depend on libtelepathy-glib-dev. This causes
e. g. yelp to fail to build with
