Package: empathy
Version: 2.30.3-1
Making or receiving a video call causes empathy to become frozen
This problem is specific to the Logitech B990 and possibly other webcams
that offer H.264 (or other compression formats) within the webcam.
Using other Logitech UVC webcams with the same system, there is no problem.
empathy displays these last few lines of output before becoming frozen:
libv4l2: error converting / decoding frame data: v4l-convert: error
parsing JPEG header: Bogus jpeg format
