[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Updating telepathy-qt

Not sure how much of this was already answered by Michał Zając in your IRC 
channel.

I'm not a DD, but there are several active in the #debian-qt-kde channel who 
are aware we're trying to update and have offered to verify the package 
changes.

The current telepathy-logger-qt/KDE-Telepathy maintainer, Georgi Kiagiadakis, 
is currently really busy and seemed relieved that others were stepping up to 
help. 

What do you need done with telepathy-logger?

That splitting looks like it might be a good idea. Its likely to be tough to 
update telepathy-qt to gstreamer 1.0.
