After some experiences with gdb, I think I found a command to provide an
acceptable output:

gdb --quiet --batch -ex run -ex "thread apply all bt full" -ex q empathy >
db744078-empathy.bt

Please, find the two backtraces attached: one for empathy, one for
folks-inspect.

Hope that helps to confirm the solution or found an other bug.
