[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Bug#735974: libfarstream-0.1-0: please transition to Farstream 2.0 (Gstreamer 1.0 -based)

As pointed out by the initial reporter, Farstream 1 is unmaintained.
All development has moved to a branch based upon Gstreamer 1.0. 

Could you please follow suit and package 2.0?
