[Pkg-telepathy-maintainers] Bug#767943: empathy: "+" button not shown in localized empty account list

Dear Maintainer,

I ran Empathy in ru_RU.UTF-8 locale, and skipped the creation of a "Nearby
people" account. The resulting empty account list is very narrow and there are
no "+" and "-" buttons below. Instead, there is a button with a downward arrow,
but clicking it shows just a white rectangle (screenshot attached).

However, if I click in upper half of that rectangle, it opens the "Add new
account" dialog, so that drop-down menu is incorrectly rendered but working.

If I set LC_MESSAGES=en_US.UTF-8, the account list window is displayed
correctly. Also tried LC_MESSAGES=es_ES.UTF-8, got the same bug as in Russian.

I use the large text accessibility option, but tried turning it off and it
didn't affect this behaviour.
