This is ported to gst 1.0 as src:farstream-0.2. We need to drop src:farstream,
which has a few rdeps:

kde-telepathy-call-ui (#785875), which is about to be fixed in the qt-gstreamer
transition

libpurple0 (#785926, #731122)

Once those are sorted out, we can drop farstream and then gstreamer0.10-nice.
