telepathy-ring does:

# this has a tight dependency, so we can symlink the doc directories together
DEB_INSTALL_DOCS_telepathy-ring-dbg := --no-act
DEB_INSTALL_CHANGELOGS_telepathy-ring-dbg := --no-act

Looks like a regression in CDBS. Reassigning.

Please reassign back and let us know if this actually is a bug in telepathy-ring
and it is misusing CDBS.
