telepathy-spec still lists me and Jonny Lamb in its Uploaders; we removed
ourselves from Uploaders in the VCS in 2014 and 2016 respectively. The
package's metadata also still refers to Alioth, and its Standards-Version
says it has not been checked for compliance with post-2013 Policy. Please
update this package.

Alternatively, since Telepathy appears to be essentially dead upstream,
perhaps this package should be removed?
