   * What led up to the situation?
	In Pidgin, using the SIPE-Plugin, attempt to make a video call.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
	Attempt to make video call: in chat window/contact list select contact and click "voice/video-call"
   * What was the outcome of this action?
	Setting up video call fails with error mesage "Error with your webcam"
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
	Video call should be set up correctly
   * Possible solution:
	This is a known problem documented in the plugins FAQ at https://sourceforge.net/p/sipe/wiki/Frequently%20Asked%20Questions/#video-call-setup-fails-with-the-error-message-error-with-your-webcam
	The farstream version included in buster predates the patch mentioned there. Please include the patch or provide a newer version via backports.
