[Pkg-tigervnc-devel] libjpeg-turbo packaging, lintian cleanup

GUYS -- I just wanted to say thank you for pushing tigervnc-and-friends
packaging forward!! 

FWIW meanwhile -- while taking care about hardening flags, I would appreciate
if you handle them in a squeeze-backport friendly way, e.g. I have done
for freeipmi

override_dh_auto_configure:
    dh_auto_configure -- $(shell dpkg-buildflags --export=configure | grep CFLAGS )

so it still builds (without hardening) on squeeze system which lacks
--export=configure support in dpkg-buildflags
