COOL -- I will test it too and if find nothing preventing upload, will
do so.

I think we should not be contingent on turbojpeg atm.  Let's
finalize/upload that beast, see how it goes, and only then adjust
tigervnc to build against turbojpeg.  Both are yet to wait through the
NEW queue anyways.
