[Pkg-tigervnc-devel] Bug#710654: libjpeg8-turbo-dev: broken Provides field

libjpeg8-turbo-dev Provides libjpeg-dev.  That is wrong.  And broken.
Only one package gets to Provide that virtual package name, and right
now that is libjpeg8-dev.  Please fix this ASAP (and probably remove
libjpeg8-dev while you're at it, because that seems wrong as well).
