[Pkg-tigervnc-devel] Would anyone have time to update tigervnc package?

While debian-x folks getting to review/accept/reject my patch for them
shipping xserver-source package [#730552], could someone look into
updating tigervnc to 1.3.0?  is someone in touch with upstream to
know their plans for the next release?

I am not fully comfortable with current advanced packaging arrangements,
so it might take me a bit too long.
