Hi Ernesto,

the conflict is perfectly fine.  You probably have old transitional
package still installed and something depends on it, but you didn't
provide any error message, so it's hard to tell.

Apart from terminal log please also attach output of:

apt-cache policy libjpeg62

and

apt-cache policy libjpeg62-turbo
