Installing evince

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?

I manually installed libjpeg-turbo_1.0.1_i386.deb

turbo_1.0.1_i386.deb/download' -O libjpeg-turbo_1.0.1_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i libjpeg-turbo_1.0.1_i386.deb

* What was the outcome of this action?

I was able to install evince, but neither libjpeg62-turbo nor libpoppler46 can
be installed

* What outcome did you expect instead?

To be able to install both packages
