[Pkg-tigervnc-devel] Bug#855847: tigervnc-viewer: Add scaling option

Dear Maintainer,

When I connect from a computer with a high DPI screen to server with a
regular monitor, everything is too tiny to read. Adding a scaling option
could fix the issue pretty easily.

It could also fix the opposite problem.
