According to man vncserver, which is `/usr/bin/tigervncserver` in the
case, the system-wide config file is
`/etc/tigervnc/vncserver-config-defaults` and
`/etc/tigervnc/vncserver-config-mandatory`. However, Debian actually uses
`/etc/vnc.conf`. `man vnc.conf` tells me that `/etc/vnc.conf` is the
system-wide config file for tigervncserver. But, it seems that it's for
TigerVNC 1.7? According to the latest manpage from
https://tigervnc.org/doc/vncserver.html, the upstream use `/etc/tigervnc`.
So, did Debian patch it or modify something. `man vncserver` and `man
vnc.conf` give me different introduction, which really make me confused.
And usually, user might try `man vncserver` not `man vnc.conf`?
