I don't believe TLS is enabled in my libnss-ldap config files.  But it might be in my
/etc/ldap/ldap.conf file.  I have the following line:

TLS_REQCERT     allow

In general, I only use the

HOST <host>

settings and not the 

URI ldaps://<host>

settings.

What is the best way to disable NSCD for these tests?
