[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Problem with DBUS

Dear Maintenance Team.

I have got a problem with kpowersave, which was complaining that I have
not sufficient rights to connect to the dbus. It is a freshly installed
sid.

I have checked some file permissions and discovered, that the folder

/var/run/dbus 

was owned by root:root After manualy changing this to
messagebus:messagebus and restarting dbus everything works fine now.

root at schleppi666:~# ls -la /var/run/dbus/
total 12
drwxr-xr-x  2 messagebus messagebus 4096 Dec 28 13:34 .
drwxr-xr-x 19 root       root       4096 Dec 28 13:32 ..
-rw-r--r--  1 root       root          5 Dec 28 13:34 pid
srwxrwxrwx  1 root       root          0 Dec 28 13:34 system_bus_socket

I am not sure, if this has something to do with #397511 but perhaps this
is a helpful piece of information.
