[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#399766: avahi-daemon: daemon requires restart in order for machine to be visible on network

I just did a fairly significant apt-get upgrade to my laptop --- about
145MB of new downloads.  After the upgrade, avahi no longer functions
correctly after boot: the machine is not visible by its .local
address, and avahi-browse returns nothing.  Restarting avahi-daemon
fixes the problem.  Maybe there's an issue in /etc/rc2.d?  I don't
know.
