Well, the /etc/X11/Xsession.d/75dbus_dbus-launch has been transitioned
over to dbus-x11. So it would imho be a bad idea to purge it in dbus.
Isn't this rather an issue of dpkg not removing conffiles marked
obsolete? (I'm not sure if it actually does that, but that seems to be
the only logical explanation for your bug report)
