All my apologies for the late answer.
Actually, restarting dhcdbd does not solve the issue totally, or in
other words: I still have issues when resuming in 95% of my tests (even
if the duration of the suspend/hibernation is not long).
I am still enquiring what could be the problem but have no success until
now. Even removing the module of my wifi card and reloading it on resume
does not help, as in this case, I can't connect to the previous AP,
which does not appear in the list of available wireless networks in
nm-applet.
I'll post the solution if I ever find one, as in the meantime, I stick
with /e/n/i as I have no trips planned in the near future.
