This was done on purpose, after dbus-x11 was split from the dbus
package, to not break packages which haven't adopted to the new
packaging split yet.
As soon as all dependent packages have updated their deps, we can remove
this circular dependency.
Having a circular dependency or a lot of broken packages, we chose the
lesser of the two evils ;-)
