H Per,

according to [1], removing the quirks altogether for D410, leads to
non-usable suspend/resume on the console.
Could you please verify that. Please try to suspend/resume a couple of
times from X11 and console and see if that works without any quirks.

If it doesn't try the proposed quirks from [1]:

<merge key="power_management.quirk.vbe_post" type="bool">true</merge>
<merge key="power_management.quirk.vbemode_restore" type="bool">true</merge>

These are the quirks used by s2ram(uswsusp).
