[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#447738: change X dependencies to recommendations

Trying to maintain a lean Etch installation I suggest to "recommend"
X packages or have them as "optional" entries rather than "depend" on them, 
as for Xless installations quite some space is wasted for software never been 
used.
