[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#430350: Sould mount removable filesystems with errors=remount-ro

According to manpages 2.79, 'errors' is valid for ext2 and jfs. I guess
it's also valid for ext3 and ext4, etc.

I think the storage policy should make this option mandatory.
