the .desktop file currently has:
Categories=Network;Settings;
Filing it under System->Administration seems wrong to me, as those
entries there usually require admin privileges (which nm-editor doesn't).
What about
Categories=Settings;X-GNOME-NetworkSettings;
In gnome-control-center it is then listed under "Internet and Network"
and in the GNOME menu under System->Preferences.
Seems the best solution to me.
