[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#477715: /etc/localtime needs to be copied into the chroots of both avahi-daemon and avahi-autoipd

That file needs to be copied before daemon startup. Can happen in the
init script of avahi-daemon. The question however is where to do it for
avahi-autoipd since there is no init script for it. I'd be happy to
accept patches which do the copying from inside Avahi.
