[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#478469: network-manager: writes large amounts of log in case of dead dhcdbd

For some reasons, my dhcdbd did not survive a round of
hibernation/resume. Network-manager threw a tantrum because of that,
writing large amounts of log entries an what looked like an endless
loop, eating large amounts of CPU in the process.

Restarting dhcdbd immediately helped.
