[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#494148: Network Manager Editor is not localised

The Network Manager Editor, available trough System -> Preferences ->
Network Manager Editor appears untranslated on a Catalan localised
system.

This seems to be due to some of the translation catalogues in the
package not having been updated with the latest POT template. Grepping
for one of the untranslated strings shows that that string is only
present in some of the PO files:
