I tested it again with a smaller group (I'm using always ldap groups)
again and it worked (no error message when starting dbus):

group1:*:153:test-a2-3,test-ab01,test-a2-1,test-a2-2
(4 users, 40 characters)

group2:*:152:test-a1-1,test-a1-2,test-a1-3
(3 users, 29 characters)

domain-admins:*:...
(56 users, 519 characters)

The next larger group has 75 users (819 characters) and with this group
I get the error again.

I search a bit more in the internet and found as small confirmation
another bug report: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=225895
(remove unreproducable tag? of this bug;))
