[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#446098: please provide package

Hello,

after Fedora released it's stable version with the 0.7 it would be cool to 
have 0.7 also somewhere in debian. I would go for a first upload to 
experimental, much testing and then uploading to unstable. There are great 
improvements which should be available for debian users:
 - static ip support
 - ppp 
 - plenty more
