[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#471902: after hal is started, my tv/radio card (Hauppauge WinTV) starts to play radio

The same happens here. Starting HAL daemon, the radio starts playing.

# v4l2-ctl -D -d /dev/video0     <---- Nothing happens

# v4l2-ctl -D -d /dev/radio0     <---- Starts playing too
