[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#504443: network-manager: Works if I create network manually

If I create the wireless network manually, by opening the connection
editor, going to the wireless tab, hitting "Add", entering all the
information, and checking the "System setting" checkbox, the
connection does get saved systemwide.  (It still doesn't work due to a
different bug which I'll file shortly.)

However, if I allow NetworkManager to create the network by selecting
it from the list of networks in the applet's menu and just entering
the authentication information, I cannot then make that a system
network in the connection editor.
