[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#500478: libnss-mdns: libnss-mdns does not update /etc/nsswitch.conf after reinstall

After I removed and reinstalled the package, and it does not update
/etc/nsswitch.conf.

postrm removed mdns entry from /etc/nsswitch.conf, and I no longer
have the ability to look up mdns entries.
