[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug: Hal-script returns 1 on success like lots of new init-scripts instead of 0 like elder ones

Hence all the prerm and postinst scripts fail. I managed b replacing ||
exit $? with && exit 0;, manually stopping and deleting the prerm files
etc. to upgrade from 0.51 to 0.52-git.

Please do always read the init-scripts, what do they *really* return,
i.e. try the start-stop-daemon --oknodo etc. and do print $? manually
afterwards before you create packages with wrong postinst/prerm scripts.
It's really annoying, because it'S already the second package that's not
correctly packaged and although I can solve these issues, most people
can't and will switch to other distributions and operating systems.
