[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#524781: hald does not read files in /etc/hal/fdi

If you add some files in /etc/hal/fdi/policy, they will not be taken into
account. I think hald is just ignoring these files. You can reproduce this bug
like this:

-Terminal 1- launch this command:
inotifywatch /etc/hal/fdi/information/media-check-disable-DVDW_TS_L632D.fdi /etc/hal/fdi/policy/preferences.fdi

-Terminal 2- launch then this command:
/etc/init.d/hal restart

After the complete restart of hald, you can stop inotifywatch (with Ctrl-C):
Establishing watches...
Finished establishing watches, now collecting statistics.
No events occurred.

That means that no program has tried to acces to the 2 files watched in
/etc/hal/fdi/[information|policy]

Thus, you cannot add home-made rules for hald.
