Does it help if you change in
/usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit.service
the following line
Exec=/usr/sbin/console-kit-daemon
to
Exec=/usr/sbin/console-kit-daemon --no-daemon

(reboot afterwards)
