[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] package descriptions for gnome-disk-utility / package naming

Hello,

here's a patch to add proper package descriptions to
gnome-disk-utility.

Since the gnome-disk-utility binary package ships the "palimpsest"
program/documentation and nothing else, what would you think about
naming the binary package "palimpsest" as well? I know that it's a
rather unpronouncable name, but usually we call packages like their
application names.
