[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#541358: network-manager-gnome: No notification when mobile broadband connection fails

When trying to connect using an HSO Option mobile broadband connection, the
applet indicates that it's connecting, followed immediately by a disconnect.

Looking at syslog, I see:

If I manually configure the username, password and APN from the
mobile-broadband-prover-info package then it works normally.
